It is reported that Universal Studios Florida will build a new Simpson's attraction and it will replace the recently closed Back to the Future Ride.  It's planned that it will open in the Spring of 2008.  Park representatives are saying the ride will "take riders on a high speed motion simulated trip through Springfield's Krustyland and will be joined by the whole Simpson's gang".  The park will start adding Simpson's themes this summer to tie with the Simpson's Movie due out soon.

This new attraction will join Universal's $120 million in vestment in updating other rides and the Simpson's will also replace the Back to the Future ride in California.

While I'm sad Back to the Future Closed, it was about time to get an update.  With all the competition in Orlando, you have to stay ahead of your competitor.  Add this with the Harry Potter Attraction in the works and Universal will back in it's glory.
