You don't see a new anchor store being built at a major mall very often.  Here is a picture of the new Nordstrom's Department store that is set to open at Aventura Mall in the spring of 2008.  Too bad they will miss the Holiday shopping season.  This will be South Florida's 2nd Nordstrom's....the other being in Boca Towne Center (Boca Raton).  Now we just need one to open in Galleria Mall in Ft. Lauderdale!
