Seminole and Florida Gambling Talks Deadline Extended.

The Federal Government has extended the deadline for the Seminole Tribe and the state of Florida's gambling negotiations until September 11, 2007.  They say if an agreement is not reached, they will step in.

Gov. Charlie Christ has said that if they do agree to table games and Vegas Style slots, the tax revenue collected will help balance the state's budget.  We could be weeks away from the next step in a full Casino Hotel.  Imagine the tax dollars from the Hard Rock!  The Casino/Resort is very well run and they've proved they can run it well.  Give it to them already.

WOW! Can't wait to play craps without leaving land or flying to Vegas! Let's hope that the Seminoles and the state don't mess this up.
