The Young American Comedy Tour
Where:      The Improv at Paradise Live.  5700 Seminole Way, Hollywood FL.  At the Paradise, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

                  Saturday   7 PM, 9 PM & 11 PM
                  Sunday      8 PM
Cost:         $16
Note:         Mike Young hosts (he used to write for HBO's Entourage) with Sebastian Maniscaico (stars in Wild West Comedy Tour) and Bret Ernst (he's on the new season of Showtime's Weeds).


6th Annual Hollywood Beach Clambake. 
Where:      Along the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.
When:       Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Cost:         Hmmm...not sure, but you can bet you have to pay for parking and food.
Note:         This looks like a big event.  They do have some cool events and even some bigger name bands preforming live (Soul Asylum...remember "Runaway Train"?).  Food, Music, Crafts, Classic Car Show...well too much to list here.  Check out www.hollywoodbeachclambake.com for more info.


Festive Fridays at Aruba Beach Cafe
Where:      Aruba Beach Cafe.  1 East Commerical Blvd.  Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
When:       Friday   4-?
Cost:         Complementary 'pig roast' and cold cuts with the purchase of 2 drinks.
Note:         They also have happy your 2-4-1 drinks 4-8 PM.  (Does this mean you have to buy 2 drinks and get 4 to get the free pig? Hmmmm.)


Sesame Street Live! Elmo Makes Music
Where:      Broward Center for the Performing Arts.  201 SW Fifth Ave.  Downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
When:       Friday         10:30 AM & 7 PM
                 Saturday      10:30 AM, 2 PM & 5:30 PM
                 Sunday         10:30 AM, 2 PM & 5:30 PM
Cost:         $11, $26 and $36 with $10 lap seats for children 10 months and under.
Note:         It feels like Sesame Street is ALWAYS here lately, doesn't it?


Comedian Howie Mandel
Where:      Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.  1 Seminole Way, Hollywood.
When:       Saturday      8 PM
                  Sunday         7 PM
Cost:         $45-$75
Note:         I wonder if he still does the thing with the rubber glove on his head and blows it up while breathing out of his nose. 
 

Auditions for The Next Pop Star
Where:     Jazziz Bistro and Live Music.  Seminole Paradise at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
When:      Sunday   starting at 9AM
Cost:        Free.
Note:        Singer Joss Stone is among the celebrity judges at this event.  Sorry don't know much more.  Is this show even on TV?
