This is a pretty interesting service.  This company (LawMax) actually gives lawsuit loans.  Say you have a pending lawsuit against someone, but you need the cash now.  Some cases takes months or even years...so this a quick way to get your money now. 

One interesting item I read was that they 'share' the case risk with you.  That means you don't have to make any payments until your case is settled.  Now here is a cool part....say you lose.  You keep their 'investment' and pay nothing (well at least not to the lawsuit loan company..you still have to pay the opposing side of your case).
