Yet another company is submitting plans for another hotel in Ft. Lauderdale.  This time it is a 220 room hotel with 84,000 square feet of retail space and is slated for 3100 S. Federal Highway.  (Which is south of State Rd 84 close to the airport.)  Air & Port One LLC is hoping to get the proposal approved Tuesday by the Development Review Committee.  There are currently MANY hotel plans pending approval in Ft. Lauderdale...however with the credit market so shaky now, I won't bet on all of them actually being built.  I guess we shall see.
