We've all seen the news and seen the 'for sale' signs all around.  There are so many florida homes for sale it's totally a 'buyers' market.  Well, actually here in Broward there are some reports that prices might continue to fall...so it's still quite the gamble.  There are some reports that Palm Beach is a little better off as far as price drops, so it might be wise to widen your search if you are in the market.

My boss lives in Palm Beach County and loves it.  She commutes to Deerfield Beach (North Broward) and says it really isn't that bad of a commute.  She also loves lake worth homes since you tend to get a lot more property that goes along with it making it great for a large family.  Lake Worth is near downtown West Palm Beach which has seen a lot of development and has changed quite a bit over the past few years.  You just might find your dream house at a good price....not to mention getting some great service from real estate agents.
