A few weeks ago I was at the beach and it was beautiful.  The weather was perfect and it was one of those days you could spend all day wandering up and down the A1A strip.  I noticed a lot of groups of people riding bicycles.  One in particular appeared to be a group of people in their mid-40's.  I asked them why they preferred to bike it on the beach and they said it was simple - they didn't have to worry about parking!  They also said it was a great way to get exercise while being able to enjoy more of the beach.
