Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is no joke.

All over TV this week has been 'Sudden Cardiac Arrest' due to the sad passing of 'political news guy' Tim Russert.  We always hear to get your physicals, take your low-dose aspirin, watch your blood pressure, etc. but sometimes that just isn't enough.  While you can't live your life in fear, you can be informed.  For example...did you know that Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) kills 320,000 people a year?  Do you know what makes someone 'high-risk'?  Are you at risk?

These questions can be answered and you can also find lots of sudden cardiac arrest info at insidecardiacarrest.com.  There are a few videos that explain all about this condition in easy to understand language.  If you don't get the information for yourself, send it to someone you care about.
