St. Joseph statue ritual to help sell your house is popular once again.
USA Today had an article today that stated home prices continue to fall all around the US. It said that prices fell at about an aver of over 5%. Some areas of South Florida are really getting hammered too. With foreclosures come rock bottom prices. Those horrible selling prices translate into everyone else losing some home capital. (or Home Equity Lines of Credit...thanks GMAC!)
I remember when houses and condos were turning so quick, you almost had to put an offer in before you even saw the place. Those were great times for the seller. Today, it's the buyer that is holding the cards. But, many buyers are holding out due to the credit mess and due to fear that prices will drop even more.
I remember the last housing slowdown in the mid-90's. Houses stayed on the market for quite some time. In my office, everyone that was selling a house used the 'St. Joseph' method. You know...he's the Catholic Patron Saint of selling houses. Well, that might not be the 'official' description, but from what I hear he can help. If you take a St. Joseph statue and bury it in your back yard, you should sell your house soon after. How soon? They don't say, but what can it hurt?
I did some digging and found this St. Joseph House Selling Kit. It doesn't cost much and you can even buy it for a friend-
