I read a few weeks ago that Linens 'N Things was up for 'Auction' and the potential buyer was planning on liquidating all store inventory and shutting the chain.  I guess it's now official.  This sign was up at the location in Ft. Lauderdale on US 1 between Oakland Park and Sunrise.  Everything is now 10 - 30% off, but I would recommend to wait a week or so when the prices drop more.  They are not taking the 20% coupons any longer and 10% really isn't that big of a discount.

The small strip mall is going to have a tough time filling this space in this economy.  The stores left will be:

Pearl Eyeglasses
CompUSA
Circuit City (well it's not attached...but very close)
