Trump Hollywood Beach moving along.

I visited Hollywood Beach today and snapped these pictures of the Trump Towers.  Looks like they are moving along and the building is quite large.  I wonder how many he's sold.  It looks a lot different than the property in Ft. Lauderdale...but looks like they are a little farther behind in construction.

Is The Fort Lauderdale location going to open, ever I know it had a problem with investors.

Anyways today Jan 24th checking out lola's cupcakes on Las Olas. Looks good and always a supporter of small business (send you some pics).

Like your previous article about Las Olas, needs some fixing up. Excellent blog you have going, keep up the work.

Thanks for the compliment Mike...and thanks for reading the blog.

I'm hearing that Trump Ft. Lauderdale is still moving forward too...but the pace sure seems to be slow.  Trump is a good brand, so it's probably a matter of when they can secure the credit.  I bet they will start pimping out the rooms as hotel rooms for a while.  That's what they are doing in Vegas.  The Trump and W look like they might come on-line about the same time.  I think the W might have a leg-up...since they have a great reputation as a hotel.  The property also looks like it might be more accommodating to the vacationer.

Both projects are way too far along for them to pull the plug...but you never know.

A condo on the beach, my dream.... Although I suspect that these ones might be way too expensive for my budget! Oh well, we can always dream... I can always just visit Florida and wish I win the lottery or something.
