The Village at Gulfstream tenant list grows.
The Villages of Gulfstream is still moving ahead. I was at the casino last month and the exterior of the 'Village' seemed almost complete. The slots were a lot looser than I remembered as well...and there were lots of one cent machines. It was actually kinda fun. Maybe things are turning around at the Gulfstream Casino?
While the Villages at Gulfstream have not signed 100% of the retail/dining/entertainment spots...they are well on their way. So far the lineup looks pretty cool. Glad to see some newer stores that are not in Aventura Mall and the lineup sounds very promising. While it's not the Seminole Hard Rock, it might give them some competition.
