No panic...but Invest99 off of Africa is a reminder that it's almost the peak of Hurricane Season.
As of 2PM today, the National Hurricane Center is giving 'Invest 99' a 'medium' chance (30-50%) it could develop into a Tropical Depression in the next 48 hours. It's still a LOOONG way from the US so we have plenty of time to watch.
Right now...it looks like it might make a turn to the north and be what is called a 'fish storm' (not hitting any land). As we all know...the path is a constantly changing factor. There is a chance that this tropical wave might fall apart as well...meaning 'poof'...gone.
