Enjoying your favorite Beer is as American as Thanksgiving.  Well, after you've recovered from your Thanksgiving Holiday...get ready for the Big 'S' Beerfest in Ft. lauderdale.  The Beerfest is December 4, 200 at Huizenga Plaza (Downtown Ft. Lauderdale) from 6 PM - 11 PM and is sponsored by WSFL & CITY LINK/METROMIX.COM.

There will be plenty to do while sampling more than 100 beers from around the world too.  Drunken Santa and his 'naughty' helpers will usher in the fest at 6 PM at Las Olas and Andrews Ave.  There will be Psychics , artists (creating air-brushtattoos), and merchant booths offering their goods and servicesduring the event. There will also be a private VIP area next to thefountain offering free food and liquor for VIP guests.

Save $5 and buy your tickets in advance atSouthFlorida.Metromix.com/Beerfest.  Tickets are  $20 in advance and $25 the gate.VIP Area tickets are available online for $35, and are $40 at gate.

You can also stay Downtown and hit some of the bars and clubs after the fun too.  Just don't forget to have a designated driver.
