A stroll through Seminole Paradise.
The Seminole Paradise Entertainment Complex is still going strong. We stopped in for a walk through today and snapped some pictures.
Bongo's Cuban Cafe is moving along. It looks like a prime spot...but there is a lot of work left to do. It looks like they gutted the whole place and are custom building the spot. Nice move. I bet this place will do well here.

(Bongo's Cuban Cafe - opening soon)
We walked by the new Martorano's Italian restaurant and it looked open for lunch. I hear good things about his other locations...so we'll have to stop in sometime to try it out. It's also in a prime spot in Paradise...right in the 'center'. The front sign is a bit strange though. It contains a huge picture of owner Steve Martorano...at first I thought it was a temporary poster or something. On closer inspection...I think it's actually part of the sign. I don't know Steve...but I'm thinking he has quite the ego....hopefully the food matches.

(Side entrance of Martorano's)

(Front entrance of Martorano's...strange that the owner puts his own picture up there...)
While the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is not quite the Bellagio in Vegas...they do have their own fountain show. It's set to music in the man-made lake next to the Paradise Entertainment Complex. I snapped this short video today. I hear there are more 'bells and whistles' at night with lights and stuff.
