(Ft. Lauderdale Sun Trolley)

The Ft. Lauderdale Sun Trolley currently has a route that runs from the Harbor Shops (17th Street Causeway and Cordova Rd) to Marriott's Beach Place (A1A just north of Las Olas).  They are planning to expand the route to include Galleria Mall on Sunrise Blvd.  The expanded service is going to start on Oct. 1, 2010.  They will be testing this new route on August 27th, 2010 from 6 - 10 PM.  All you'll have to do is wave to the drive and they will stop to pick you up.

Many of the Sun Trolley's routes are free or cost as little as $.50 which is a great deal, especially during the summer.  The Trolley has Air Conditioning to keep you cool and also plays some cool music to kick back and enjoy.
