If you think you have what it takes(or like to be verbally abused for the amusement of TV viewers) to be Gordon Ramay's newest hire on the next Hell's Kitchen…you might be in luck. Casting will be held in Miami and North Miami next week. I'd hate to be the on the casting team as I'm sure more and more applicants are showing up due to the economy and the popularity of the show. I've worked in a kitchen (well, was actually a server) and can say that the environment on Hell's Kitchen is spot on in many locations.
