Bongo's Cuban Café to open in Seminole Hard Rock Paradise

The highly anticipated Bongo's Cuban Café (owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan) will open it's doors at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino (Paradise Entertainment Complex) on Wednesday December 8th, 2010. If you're lucky enough to be on the 'private party' list for Tuesday…you'll be treated to a red carpet celebration, cigar roller (Cuban, I'm guessing), live music and lots of food and drink. The Estefan's are quite popular in South Florida and even if you are not invited on Tuesday…you might want to head to the Hard Rock to watch for celebrities.

This Bongo's location not only has a 7,000 square foot main room, but it also has a 5,000 square foot rooftop lounge giving you a bird's eye view of the property. The main room will be open daily for lunch and dinner with the rooftop lounge open on Friday and Saturdays until 3 AM.
