The Gourmet Food Truck craze is still going strong. Palm Beach County will be holding a Gourmet Truck Expo on May 11th. According to it's website (www.gourmettruckexpo.com), the even is set to take place in Boca Raton at the Boomers! (3100 Airport Road) on May 11th at 6 PM. So far…there are 17 truck participating with more possible. If you own a Gourmet Food Truck and wish to throw your hat into the ring…visit the website for additional contact info.

This is a perfect event to see what all of the fuss is about. Gourmet Food Trucks are usually contantly on the move and require some research to find (usually Twitter or Facebook). There are all kinds of types of food at this event and I'm sure you will want to come very hungry.
