It seems like the restaurant scene is definitely moving forward. Texas de Brazil is working on a new location in Ft. Lauderdale across from the Galleria Mall on East Sunrise Blvd. The website says it's due to open in June. This place is the 'Brazilian Steakhouse' concept and has a few locations in South Florida. There is a salad/appetizer/sides station that is 'all you can eat'. But…don't fill up on that…because you have tons of MEAT to eat here. The servers bring around freshly prepared meats still on the skewers they were cooked on. It's a cool concept and there is always something for everyone.

If you sign up on their website and enter your email address…they send some great coupons for Anniversaries and Birthdays. The location is a bit 'quirky' as it will reside in a strip mall directly across from the Galleria Mall….but there is a lot of building going on in the area. Next door is a new Publix that is being built from the ground-up. I'm hoping this will be a slightly different Publix with more 'pre-prepared' foods and/or GreenWise items.
