I'm glad to see that there has been some activity in the Beach Place complex at Ft. Lauderdale Beach.  The new CVS is a perfect fit and there is Da Big Kahuna Restaurant and Bar...which I have yet to try.  There is still hopes that Sonic will be building their restaurant in the complex as well.

I wasn't aware that Howl at the Moon Saloon (dueling piano bar that is part of a chain) closed.  But I don't think the spot was vacant for too long.  Sopranos Dueling Piano Bar opened in it's place and has been getting some good 'buzz'.  Friendly servers and rockin music with some audience participation is sure to make a fun night.  I've been to a few dueling piano bars and usually have a good time.
