Many people often wonder how we manage to hit so many restaurants without going broke.  Well...there many great tools out there that can help you save money.  Groupon is one of those tools.  Groupon offers special 'deals' each day which can save you from 50 - 90%.  They have restaurants, Spas, Sports Events, attractions and many other categories which come in quite handy.  You'd think that most of the businesses that use Groupon are not ones you would visit.  That is not the case.  Some of my favorite restaurants have offered deals Groupon.



When you sign up...Groupon emails you a daily deal and you can buy it...or pass on it by doing nothing.  One example of a deal is they will offer a certificate for a restaurant worth $50...but you only need to pay $25.  That's a 50% savings.  Once you make the purchase, you print out the voucher and it is available to use the next day and there is a posted expiration date (usually 4 months or so).
