Dyan’s Country Kitchen is a Coral Springs favorite Breakfast spot and also one of ours. They are located in a strip mall on Wiles Road. They have a few tables outside, weather permitting and lots of tables and booths, even some counter seating. The inside is clean and decorated in yellows and natural wood giving it a ‘Country’ feel. The do a large take-out business too with people lining up for overstuffed deli sandwiches and bagels.

We never wait long here since we usually like to get breakfast early. We got sat a booth and our drink orders were taken.

Dyan’s has your normal deli/diner fare for Breakfast, with jumbo omelets, eggs, smoked meats, pancakes and more. I ordered two eggs (substituted egg beaters), ham and hash browns. They give you a choice of toast, bagel or a bialy. I got the bialy. The food seems to come out quick here and is always fresh and hot…today was no different. A nice portion with a large piece of ham. The hash browns were definitely shredded in house and were great…crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The bialy was lightly toasted and fresh. We are not sure if they make them in house or not, but they were really good.

Jeff ordered the western omelet with hash browns and a bialy. The omelet is huge and not only filled with cheese, they put more on the top. They don’t skimp on the filling either as it was loaded with fresh veggies.

Another good breakfast at Dyan’s Country Kitchen so we’ll definitely be coming back to Coral Springs.

Years ago we went to Countey Kitchen for dinner, and found the floor, the menus and our waitress’ uniform and apron beyond dirty. Did not go back for ages until a group of .friends convinced us to try again. The breakfast experience was definitely better, but I am still “gun shy” about ever trying it for dinner ever again! Maybe the restaurant deteriorates as the day progresses.
