St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Tuesday this year, but everyone in Coconut Creek is celebrating early at the World of Beer in The Promenade at Coconut Creek.  The Early Shamrockin’ Celebration includes new beer releases, raffles, great food and live music.

WHAT:              Local craft breweries are the backbone of the Sunshine State’s booming craft beer industry. For the fourth year, WOB-Coconut Creek brings together the best local craft breweries to celebrate the spirit of the Irish in craft beer culture. Whether patrons claim Irish heritage or just want to bask in the green celebration, they can discover the unique styles and specialty beers of WOB-Coconut Creek.

WHERE:           4437 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, FL

WHEN:             March 14, 2015, 12 p.m. – 2 a.m.

WHO:               World of Beer-Coconut Creek will celebrate the luck of the Irish all day long for the 4th Annual WOB Block Party March 14. Grab a barstool early because the Block Party highlights include:

  • Performances by the Sosos at 1p.m., Thought Monkey at 3 p.m., Dead Mans Reach at 6 p.m. and Making Faces at 9 p.m.
  • Complimentary food will donated by Tuker Dukes for Loyalty Club members who wear their shirts to enjoy for free starting at 12:30 p.m.
  • Loyalty Club members who wear their shirts can also anticipate a special surprise giveaway
  • WOB will be conducting raffles throughout the day to benefit Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS). Guests can bid on prize baskets provided by local brewery partners: Cigar City Brewing Co.; Lost Coast Brewery; Funky Buddha Brewery; Shipyard Brewing Co. and Due South. In addition, Dupont Brewery and Radeberger Brewery merchandise will also be raffled for guests, as well as some other beer-centric prizes.
